Not being Catholic, I cannot vouch in any way for the accuracy of this book, however, once I began reading it I could not put it down. The horses are amazing and I have ridden them on several occasions. and didn't seem to have any holdovers from apparently being monogamous in her life. Cabrera has obviously done a ton of research and weaves in her own life experience in with her story to supply the reader with a long, yet actionable, list of things that we can do to improve the quality of our life.
